We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or penalties caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent documents submitted by the client.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All payments made for consultation and documentation services are non-refundable.

  • Fees charged do not include embassy charges, courier fees, biometrics, or government processing fees.

  • Refunds are not provided for visa rejections or delays caused by external authorities.

5. Document Handling

We take reasonable care in managing your documents.
However, we are not liable for:

  • Losses due to courier services

  • Delays or errors by third-party agencies

  • Technical errors during online submissions

6. Limitation of Liability

Access Way is not responsible for:

  • Visa rejection

  • Immigration policy changes

  • Embassy delays

  • External system failures

  • Acts beyond our control

Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for our consulting services.
